FAQ

While we are not certified gluten free, all our products use gluten free ingredients. We do use oats in some of our products and those are always certified gluten free.

Not all our products are grain free since we use oats. Please look through each ingredient and check for allergies you may have.

While we are not certified organic, all the ingredients we source are always organic. If they are not, you will see that in our ingredients section but 99% of the time, they always are.

All our cakes are considered raw vegan cheesecakes. They are like a traditional cheesecake in texture so they are creamy cakes and have a thin crust on the bottom.

We require 72 business hours notice on all cakes as they are all made to order.

All our cakes always come decorated. The floral fee is if you want any flowers added to your cake as part of the decorations (we always recommend adding them as they add an extra something special to the cake). If the floral fee is not added, then the cake will be decorated with various fruits, bliss balls, or whatever we have on hand at the kitchen.

We do not offer writing on any of our cakes.

Our mini cakes serve 1-2 people, our small cakes serve 8-10 people, and our large cakes serve 16-18 people. Our cakes are rich/ filling so they are not meant to be sliced in the same sizes as a traditional cake.

There is a disclaimer on each cake page noting that your cake will not look like the photo you see. We decorate all our cakes individually and each one looks different than the next. This is for a variety of reasons but the main one is that we can not always get the same items depending on the season so everything is decorated at our discretion.

We are actually not a store at all. We have our little manufacturing kitchen in Irvine and all orders must be placed via our website and picked up at your chosen pick up date.

Our kitchen is closed on weekends so all orders placed via our website must be picked up Monday-Friday between 11am-2pm. Again, the order would need to be placed online ahead of time as we do not take walk-ins.

We ship all the products you see in our shippable section nationwide.

We currently only ship cakes within the state of CA. These cakes are under their own section. These flavors are the only ones we currently ship.

There is a drop down option on both our OG Box and Specialty Box where you can choose all of a single flavor.

We make new flavors every month that we offer for that month only. Once the month is over or those sell out, we do not make them again.

We always recommend storing them in an airtight container and in your freezer where they will last 3 months. We love our products chilled and think they taste best thawed out of your freezer for 10 min and then eaten but you should try it different ways because you may like it more room temp or even more on the frozen side.

Our cakes will last 1 week in your refrigerator or 2 months frozen in something airtight and wrapped well. If you want to freeze it, make sure you slice it up so you can thaw one slice at a time to enjoy.
