WARM WEATHER SHIPPING UPDATE: Southern California is still experiencing very warm temperatures, and more heat is expected. Because our goodies are perishable and made without artificial stabilizers or preservatives, please consider the weather both here in Southern California and at your destination before ordering.

During this warmer period, you have a few options:

• Outside Southern California: We strongly recommend selecting FedEx Overnight at checkout to minimize time in transit.
• Local customers: You can select FREE pickup at our Costa Mesa kitchen at checkout.
• Prefer to wait? We’re happy to hold your order and ship it in October when temperatures are hopefully cooler. Simply leave us a note at checkout such as “Please hold until October” or include your preferred ship week.

If you choose standard shipping during warm weather, please understand that your goodies may be exposed to high temperatures while in transit.

A few important things to know:

• Your order will arrive thawed. Ice packs are included to help keep your goodies cool during the initial portion of transit, but they are expected to melt and may be completely thawed upon arrival. A melted ice pack or warm package does not necessarily mean your goodies are unsafe to enjoy.

• Please freeze upon arrival. Remove your goodies from the shipping box, transfer them to an airtight container, and place them in the freezer. For the best texture, thaw for approximately 10–15 minutes before enjoying.

• Warm weather may affect appearance and texture. Our goodies are made with real ingredients and without artificial stabilizers or preservatives, so they may soften, shift, or melt during transit — especially during warmer months. While this may affect their appearance or texture, it does not necessarily affect the quality of the product.

• Carrier delays are outside of our control. Once your package leaves our facility, carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, and other shipping-related issues are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related delays, lost/stolen packages, or packages left outside after delivery.

• Please double-check your shipping address and make sure your package is being delivered to a safe location where it can be retrieved promptly.

If you have a concern about the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so our team can review it.
